Our GIGANTIC Fortune Cookies are
a PERFECT gift for every occasion. Everyone loves receiving a little good
fortune! Please all 5-7 business days for shipping of this item ground. Summer heat on this product will require express shipping. You will be notified via email if an upgrade is required. Please note that if your destination is over 75 Degrees Fahrenheit, we strongly advise that you select an appropriate shipping method (Overnight or 2-Day Air*) to ensure proper delivery of any of our chocolate product.
Fortune Cookie Shipping Terms and Conditions:
- We ship within the Continental United States; at
this time, we do not offer shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. We also do not
ship to APO/FPO's, PO boxes or internationally at this time.
- We cannot guarantee
deliveries to hotels or hospitals. Early checkouts and delays in receiving
departments are beyond our control. As such, we recommend shipping to a
friend or relative and have them personally hand-deliver your gift.
- If you are shipping to a corporation or large office, please let
your recipient know to expect a perishable package. We are not
responsible if the business is closed and the carrier is unable to
deliver the package.
- If you are shipping to a residence, please let
your recipient know to expect a perishable package. Our carrier will leave
the package without a signature required. If left out in extreme
temperatures, chocolate is perishable and as such, we cannot be responsible.
- We cannot guarantee delivery if the shipping
company is unable to deliver a package due to an incomplete/incorrect
address. Such addresses may be assessed an additional $10 fee. We reserve
the right to bill you for incomplete/incorrect addresses that result in this
additional fee.
- We cannot be responsible for delays due to
weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Food items and perishables cannot be returned.
- We purposely design our shipping schedule so that
your chocolate does not sit over the weekend in a warehouse without
temperature controls. Monday through Thursday we ship "Next-Day Delivery"
shipments and on Fridays we ship only "Saturday Delivery" shipments. As
such, Sunday and Monday deliveries are not possible.
$29.95, if this gift is going to location more that 75 degrees, you are required to select a minimum of 2-day shipping. Ships from California our bakery partner.
