SALES TAX
A sales tax of 7.00% is added to all orders shipped from Georgia addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside of Georgia.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Mini Masterpieces ships standard ground and home delivery using UPS, Airborne Express and FEDEX. Express Shipping is available and is required when shipping chocolate and other perishables in the summer months. Shipping is based on weight and is calculated at the end of each order.
 
Hand Delivery is a available within the state of Georgia and will incur a $15-$25 via courier and based on distance.

PRODUCTION TIME
Standard Orders: 3-5 working days from receipt of complete order (some of the items provided by our vendor partners require a 5-7 day production cycle). 2-Day Express Service is available for an additional charge.

Custom Orders: Many customs orders require a minimum of 12-24 units. Please inquire before ordering. Custom and printed orders require pre-payment. We accept Company Check, American Express, Visa and MasterCard and Discover.

All Mini Masterpieces' custom-ordered items, Manufacturer Direct items, and custom imprinted items are made to your specific requirements and therefore cannot be returned.

Substitutions
Some components in our gourmet designs may need to be substituted due to unavailability of the product. Items replaced will be similar and of equal or greater value. From May through October, chocolates will be substituted with other confections to ensure arrival in perfect condition.
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Terms can be established for corporate clients with submission on credit references.
New Accounts: Credit references and prepayment is required for all first time Corporate orders.
Credit Cards: We accept Master Card, Discover, Visa and American Express.

REFUND AND RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Mini Masterpieces within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.); otherwise your refund will be less the cost of shipping. You will need to contact us to receive a authorization code. Custom orders cannot be returned.

To promote our Buyer-Centered policy, our E-Commerce site IS-NOT a pre-paid site. Your Credit Card WILL-NOT be charged until your order is processed for shipping.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we maintain about them.
Consumers can access this information by e-mail us at the above address. Under no circumstances will we disclose and/or sell our customer database to any third party companies. The information we collect from you is solely to process and ship (deliver) your gift to the recipient. This information will allow us to fill your order and notify you of your order status. When you join our mailing list, you will receive gift news, special promotions and announcements by mail and email.
