Company Policies
SALES TAX SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS Mini Masterpieces ships standard ground and home delivery using UPS, Airborne Express and FEDEX. Express Shipping is available and is required when shipping chocolate and other perishables in the summer months. Shipping is based on weight and is calculated at the end of each order.
Hand Delivery is a available within the state of Georgia and will incur a $12 per location fee.
PAYMENT OPTIONS New Accounts: Credit references and prepayment is required for all first time Corporate orders. Credit Cards: We accept Master Card, Discover, Visa and American Express.
REFUND AND RETURNS You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Mini Masterpieces within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.); otherwise your refund will be less the cost of shipping. You will need to contact us to receive a authorization code.
All Mini Masterpieces' custom-ordered items, Manufacturer Direct items, and custom imprinted items are made to your specific requirements and therefore cannot be returned.
TELEPHONE ORDERS We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel free to call in your order. Call us at 1-678-358-9515, Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
LARGE VOLUME AND CUSTOM PRINTED ORDERS All first time customer orders and custom projects require payment in advance. For all regular customers, a 50% deposit on all order exceeding $1500 is required before projection initiation, regardless of credit status. We accept Company Check, American Express, Visa and MasterCard and Discover. The balance of the orders is due upon delivery, unless you have established terms.
Custom printed orders require pre-payment. Custom prints (i.e., invitations, napkins, engraved gifts) are non-refundable and may not be returned.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED This site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.
To promote our Buyer-Centered policy, our E-Commerce site IS-NOT a pre-paid site. Your Credit Card WILL-NOT be charged until your order is processed for shipping.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mail us at the above address.
